i had visited a massage parlour in dubai three day back ,there the massage girl took my penis in her mouth for 5 minutes later on she removed her dresses and vigorously rubbed her vagina on my penisfor almost 10 minutes ,there was lots of vaginal fluids from her ,but there was no actual penetration,and there was no cuts or wounds on my penis as to my knowledge,i ejaculated and i cleaned myself and had a bath 30 minutes later with hot water and soap,am I exposed to HIV,if so can I have to start any treatment consulting a doctor for PrEP or PEP treatment .please let me know at the earliest. thank you.

The chances of HIV transmission by vaginal route even if partner positive is 1/200 to 1/2000.
Oral sex still rarer.she may be negative also.
The risk is very less.

Actually there is no risk but we cannot be hundred percent sure as secretion has come in contact.
To relieve the anxiety associated with the disease we need to investigate. You can go for HIV RNA PCR after 10 days of exposure.
It is done at any of the well established laboratory like XXXXXXX metropolis or any corporate hospitals.
I am now not in XXXXXXX for sometime.
You can consult any dermatologist and venereologist in medical college or corporate hospitals and also get investigation done.
