Brief Answer:
Dobutamine stress test

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Dobutamine stress test is the chemical test used to know the functioning of the heart. It is usually done in individuals who do not take the treadmill test.
It does not require removal of the bra if they have connected the ECG leads without removing it.
Coronary angigram is vital if the stress test is positive. I strongly recommend you go for the angiogram to rule out blocks in your artery. If there are blocks, it will require stenting.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
