How Long After Having Late Periods Can I Take A Pregnancy Test?
Question: Is it possible for 25miu urine test to test positive 8 days after conception? According to my doctor mine did, actually all 4 of my test came back positive I told her that I took the test 8 days later. So she thinks I may have ovulated earlier than we thought, she said 25miu urine test can't come back positive that early only blood test can?
Brief Answer:
Urine pregnancy test can't be positive so early.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Your doctor is right.Urine pregnancy test can't be positive so early.
It generally take 6-7 days after implantation to become urine test positive.
Implantation generally occurs on average 9th day(range 6- 12 days)after ovulation. It means it can take at least 12 days after ovulation to become urine test positive.
So,you might had been ovulated earlier.
Hope I have answered your question.
