How Long After Nose Cauterization Is Exercising Advisable?
Question: I had my nose cauterized today and forgot to ask how long till I can get back to Gym exercise?

Since nasal cautery is done due to severe epistaxis any trigger like sneezing, blowing or excercises can trigger re- bleeding.
Hence, it is safer to avoid these activities for up to 3 weeks post procedure
In case of any bleed put yourself in a high sniffing position and apply ice packs on the nose.
