How Long Do Hydrocodone And Oxycodone Remain In The System?

frankly it depends on the test.
Detailed Answer:
First, a test for a urinary tract infection is not a test for drugs. So, that would be a "no". Second, the most common drug tests for narcotics are dipsticks for heroin. Frankly, you might get into MORE trouble with your doctor because it WON"T show up (oxycodone is notorious at Not showing up in urine dipstick tests for heroin; hydrocodone is more likely to show and the no show is perhaps suspicious). Third, gets complicated. If they did the best test, it will show oxycodone. Oxycodone does not cross react with hydrocodone and the tests can differentiate the two IF THE TEST IS SET UP TO DO THAT. Most do not and since it costs 5 to 10 times more to do the right test, they probably won't unless they are specifically interested in it. Doubtful. Likewise hydrocodone can be found specifically by looking in the urine for what it is turned into when it goes into the urine (norhydrocodone). This is only from hydrocodone.
So, they COULD find out exactly what you took. BUT 1) they generally do not test at all and 2) they would have to be looking for the exact right thing.
Doubtful.
