How Long Do Stitches On The Lip Take To Dissolve?

Question: I fell down from bike accident.my teeth went inside my lip. Doctor had made 2 stitches over it and he said it is dissolvable. But even after 11 days the stiches are visible and on top of it i can see a rash. Can u please suggest me the same.

Since it is after 11 days after the stitches were put in and still present, please consult your Doctor and get the stitches removed.
Healing will be the best.
It takes time for some stitches to dissolve in some patients. In such a case it is better to get them removed asap that is as soon as possible to get a good scar and healing.
