need proper assessment

Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM
I am Dr Saad Sultan and will be answering your query. I have read and understood your health concerns...
If nausea and dizziness was due to this supplement then it should have been gone by now.
There is need to look into for cause like low blood pressure , stomach upset, heart problem thyroid and diabetes.
If I am your attending physician, after checking you BP in sitting and standing position , I will get your full blood count and Random blood sugar.
There is need to get the ECG as well thyroid function tests.
After then I will be able to proceed.
Meanwhile stay calm and try to consume fluids. Dimenhydrinate tablet would help you relieve nausea.
Hope it help.
Feel free to ask any time.
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
