Question : hi, I took adipex 37.5 mg and phendimetrazing 35 mg for couples of days (Mon and Tue) which were prescribed by a loss weight doctors and I didn't take it on Wed, Thur or Fri and I had a physical on Friday which include blood test and urine test. I forgot to tell my physician about it and now I'm concern how it will show up in my results. Thx

If your tests include a urine drug screen, then Adipex will show up as an amphetamine. It should not affect other blood or urine tests. You should tell your doctor you were taking this drug because it will significantly affect their medical decision making.

My doctor asked me if I smoke which I don't. If I drink which I do socially. Is there a reason why she should have asked for a urine drug test? If it is not part of a usual urine test, I don't see a reason why she should have ask for it. Do you think that was required on the urine test according to what I mentioned?

Based on what you told him, I don't see a reason for him to order a urine drug test. But you need to tell him you are taking this medication as it would be highly dangerous not to tell him.
