Hello,
Thank you for using HCM,

Regarding your questions, trials have shown that more then 6 months of therapy with Avodart may be required before improvement.

Meanwhile, a decrease in the volume of ejaculate may occur but this does not appear to interfere with normal sexual function. Anyway, there is also a small possibility of impotence and decreased libido.
