Brief Answer:
Start from the second dose of Gardasil

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Experts all over the world have recommended that those who have received one or two dose of gardasil can pick up from where they left off in the dosing schedule, even if more time has elapsed than is recommended between the doses( CDC recommends 3 doses at 0, 1and 6 months). Moreover, various studies have found excellent immune response by Gardasil even after one year of last dose.
Gardasil is a recombinant protein vaccine, and at least3 doses are required for adequate immune response.
I would suggest you to take the second dose now and third dose after 6 months. It will have no effect on the response and efficacy of the vaccine.
