How Long Does Marijuana Show Up In A Hair Follicle Test?

Question: Hello, I will be undergoing a hair follicle test later on this month or next month. I stopped smoking marijuana back on April 8th and 20 days later i completely shaved my head with a zero. I was a heavy smoker for about a year or so. Maybe twice a day or so. I am testing negative with the walgreen thc strips. I am 5'9 145 pounds and workout pretty good. I know the standard is to go back 90 days but do you think that with me testing clean and me shaving my head that the new growth i am receiving is clean now? My hair grows pretty fast and is aready way past the half inch mark, maybe even one inch now.

...my opinion is that you are likely to pass the hair follicle test. Moreover, with regards to cannabis (marijuana), the hair follicle tests are relatively less sensitive compared to detection of other drugs. So, it is quite likely that you will test clean.
