Brief Answer: Depends on how much you are on and the taper Detailed Answer: Hi, It really depends on how much Suboxone you are on, how long you have been on and if you tapered or quit cold XXXXXXX But let me try and give you a basic idea of the timing. Given the chemistry of the drug, the onset of withdrawal normally happens 48 hours after the last dose. The worst of it peaks around the third day. Symptoms start getting better after that but can last up to ten days. The withdrawals were similar other long acting narcotic type drugs and moderate in intensity. Common withdrawal symptoms are yawning, a runny nose, tearing up, your eyes dilating and everything seeming very bright, restlessness and anxiety. I hope this helps.
