How Long Does Valium Stay In The Body?

Question: I am not a therapeutic or chronic user of Valium. I took a one time dose of 20 mg. Clean for weeks before and been clean since. I work out for 45-60 minutes daily (high intensity cardio), use the sauna, drink 4+ liter's of water daily plus ginger and lemon and I also take milk thistle and have a solid metabolism. My diet is 80% organic, non-gmo fruits, veggies and XXXXXXX meats. Only sugar is natural. Weigh 153, about 12 % body fat. If I have to take a pre-employment urine screen 10 days after the dose, should I be worried? Not a fancy urine test, standard 10 panel screeen.
Brief Answer:
Clear
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Elimination half life of valium is 20 hours to 70 hours. So i am sure after 10 days it wont reflect in urine. Rest good luck with your diet, keep up the work up and exercises and stick to healthy dietary plan and preferably avoid such anxiolytics with out prescription in future.
i hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Do you know approximately how many days it will take to expel the Valium from my urine so it's no longer detectable in a standard 10 panel drug screen?
Brief Answer:
MAximum a week
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
As i mentioned elimination half life of 20 to 70 hours, it should not take more than a week for the drug to be out of your system completely.
I hope it helps.

Thank you, I think I have one more question I am allowed to ask. Other than what I am already doing to keep my metabolism flowing, do you have any other suggestions to speed up the expelling process?
Brief Answer:
Wait and see , trust your kidneys and liver
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
I would recommend just wait and see as drugs in body have their own metabolism and can not be processed with out causing collateral damage. So just hang in there and wait and see.
