Vicodin remains in the sysyem in a normal person for around 24 hrs.. 85 percent of the drug get excreted at the end of 24hrs..

No well controlled study is done on pregnant women.. The time required to excrete is likely to be same as of normal person.. But its effect on fetus is not known.. It belongs to cat C drug.. That means it has some harmful effects on animal studies but no human study conducted..
