Brief Answer:
Now you probably need execises and analgesics whenever required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you got fracture of radius, the cast of this was removed on this Wednesday. You are so afraid that your wrist has not healed and/or nothing healing correctly and you will need pins. It is because your wrist probably will be painful and stiff immediately after removal of cast.

Now your fractures management is active mobilization of wrist, fingers and forearm. Analgesic is given for pain relief. Vitamin B, vitamin C and calcium is helpful in recovery. Pain will gradually reduce as wrist will regain movements, some pain will remain up to 4 months after injury, sometimes up to 6 months. Don't worry much as nonunion is uncommon in distal radius fractures . Mal union are quit common but they doesn't cause much disability. For how much days cast was in place ? ,please tell me. I will better understand if you can upload radio graphs of injury day and after cast removal.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
