How Long Does Brain Grow?

Question: Hello, i have a question regardding brain growth. As per articles read online, the brain reaches full size by six years old. Other article state it reaches 95% by this age and not 'full size'.
Other artticles suggest age 14 is when it reaches adult weight and size. This is big difference to other studies suggesting six years old. Which is true?

Hi, XXXXXXX and thanks for using HCM.
Last years research that use MRI and functional MRI show that brain develops till adolescence,
By development I mean increase in size (white matter tracts mielinisation) and finishing synaptic connections.
Let put it this way, brain develops until the human being reaches maturity ( mainly mental and social one) and stability.
