Brief Answer:
A cerebrospinal fluid examination may be necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and reviewed the attached report. I can understand your concerns.

Both MRI findings are suggestive of conditions such as multiple sclerosis.

In addition, thyroid peroxidase antibodies indicate that there's may be an autoimmune disorder active, even if these antibodies can't be related directly to MS.

Clinical and neurological features of MS show a relapsing/remitting fashion, this should be evaluated carefully by your Neurologist.

If in doubt about the diagnosis after MRI results and neurological evaluation, lumbar puncture (spinal tap) and cerebrospinal fluid examination about oligoclonal bands may be necessary to confirm or exclude MS.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Does thyroid peroxidase antibodies usually indicate autoimmune disease relating to thyroid like hashimotos thyroidis because TSH 1.25 and T4 free is .9 and T3 2.4
