How Long Does It Take Chicken Pox Marks To Fade?
Question: Dear Sir,
I got recovered from chickenpox last week. The infection was severe for me almost all over the body esp. on thw face. The scabs are almost dried and fallen. Now on my face the scars are dark brown and seen almost all over thw face. will it vanish over time or should I go for any treatment like applying recommended cream or so. Please let me know if I need to consult a dermatologist at the earliest to heal it. Since it is easily seen on face, I am feeling little discomfort and have to answer many people everyday. pls advice.

Hello
I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern
mostly these scar will disappear in next 3 to 4 weeks completely so you need not to worry at all
It's always better to heal them naturally without disturbing it much
I would advise you to wash it with antiseptic soap or facewash and apply any good moisturising cream
Moreover if you can upload me a photograph I will be able to help you better

Hello dear
thanks for your reply
these scars are healing well and all will disappear with time, that much I can assure you.
As far as moisturisers are concerned all are OK
in my opinion you can use any one of these, aloe Vera cream is the best.
Don't apply as thick paste which can disturb natural healing.
You should have more of fresh fruits and a multivitamin supplements like Zevit or becosules.
Antiseptic soap like Dettol soap can be used.
don't rub it
Wash gently
