Question: If I took 1 250-500mg injection of testosterone enanthanate at 16 almost 17 I had no deficiency how long until shot wears off and natural test takes over a accurate time please

After one single injection, it takes 4 weeks for the effect to wean off. After that, you body will make own testosterone. But if you continue to use Testosterobe injections, body's own production may be shut off for few months.

Yes, One single dose of testosterone can suppress your LH/testosterone axis ( pituitary gonadal axis) only for 3-4 weeks and after that it recovers.

However, if you take the dose repeatedly ( 3 months and above), the axis will be suppressed for a longer time. The effect will be maximum on your testicular sertoli cells by reducing testes volume and semen count. That takes longer to recover if you use long term testosterone injections.

In your case, you have just taken a single dose. Hence the effect would have weaned off in 3-4 weeks itself.

Testosterone accelerates Penis growth

Detailed Answer:
Surge of testosterone would have only accelerated the size of penis ( to it's genetic potential). Testosterone gets converted to estrogen which accelerates bone growth and cause early fusion. However, such an effect doesn't happen just with a single dose of Testosterone

Alright doc thanks for your help your the greatest doctor I have ever met , is there a reason my penis isn't as thick as my brothers ? adderall wouldn't have affected the penis size ? Because of less growth hormone? I hate being obsessed with this it's just some girl said I had a small one and created a problem in my mind.

What age do you think the penis usually thickens the most?

Not to worry. Height and body proportions vary in individuals. For example, I am 5 feet 8 inches in height where as my brothers are 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet in height. I am as tall as my dad. My brothers would have acquired some genes from tall ancestors.

Ignore the girl who commented about your size. Its just like guys comparing B***S of girls. The size vary a lot. As long as it is normal adult size, ignore such comments. A normal adult erect penis is around 13-16 cm and width of around 11-12 cm.

Penis reaches its maximum length and width between 16-18 years.
Ignore comments. Move on and lead a good life. Wish you a good life

As i mentioned earlier, there is a fear of addreall affecting growth. That is why we monitor growth of chidren who are on that medidine. However, the vasoconstrictive effect of aderall has not been propsed as a cause of stunned penis growth.
