The median time to reach maximum observed plasma concentration ranging from 1 to 2 hours. The drug is eliminated with a mean terminal half-life of approximately 7 hours.
In 2 days or 48 hours, most of the medication is out of the system. It is metabolized in the liver and approximately 73% of dose recovered is in urine and 21% in feces.
