Seroquel is eliminated out of the system in 2 days

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Seroquel (quetiapine) is a dibenzothiazepine derivative that has been evaluated for management of patients with the manifestations of psychotic disorders. The median time to reach maximum observed plasma concentration ranging from 1 to 2 hours. The drug is eliminated with a mean terminal half-life of approximately 7 hours.

In 2 days or 48 hours, most of the medication is out of the system. It is metabolized in the liver and approximately 73% of dose recovered is in urine and 21% in feces.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
