How Long Does Palmar-plantar Erythrodysesthesia (PPE)last Post Chemotherapy?
Question: I'm going to be receiving Doxil for an ovarian cancer recurrence. How long is the duration of PPE last, is it during infusion only, or how long does it last between treatments?

I wasn't wanting to tell people about my recurrence, especially my 90 yr old father who would worry himself to no end, but wondering if I would be able to hide this. I'm just wondering how it will effect my quality of life.
