Brief Answer:
4weeks of oral and topical antifungals
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
i am dr.kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
Unfortunayely i have not recieved any image. You can post it again.
For a groin fungal infection, a combination of an oral antifungal and topical antifungal cream, is the usual choice of treatment. Together it takes around 4 weeks for a complete cure.
Therefore, in addition to using clotrimazole cream, twice daily, i also suggest you to take a tablet of terbinafine 250mg once daily for 4 weeks.
Regards

Brief Answer:
This is herpes zoster
Detailed Answer:
Hi. I have reviewed the Image.
This is not Ringworm. This is Herpes Zoster. It is a viral infection caused by Varicella Zoster virus and presents as grouped, discrete, fluid filled vesicles and pain. I am sorry whoever gave you a diagnosis of ringworm is completely wrong!
I suggest you to take an oral antiviral i.e Valcivir 1 gm, thrice daily for a week. Topically you may use T-bact cream.
Herpes zoster is painful. Therefore I also suggest you to take a tablet of Flexon (ibuprofen and paracetamol), twice or thrice daily for a week. This will provide you relief from pain
