How Long Is Medical Attention Required Post A Kidney Surgery?

Question: I sent you an email regarding the surgeon putting a stent instead of removing my Kidney stone. What is the average stay in the hospital after this procedure is done assuming there are no complications? I anxiously await your reply to this and my earlier inquiry sent to you this A.M.

It takes about 2-5 days maximum to help reach a level sufficient enough to allow discharge from the hospital. In some cases we have even discharged patients by the 2nd day, but in some cases we have kept them for longer.
