Would Birth Control Tablets Work With Plavix And Aspirin?
i take plavix and aspirin daily i have had 3 stents placed due to a car accident 7 years ago. i am 33 now. i havent been taking birthcontrol for 7 years but would like to restart. is it safe or will it not work with the current medicine i am taking?
There is no known interaction between hormonal contraceptive and Aspirin as well as hormonal contraceptive and Plavix. Therefore, if you restart the use of hormonal contraceptive, these are very much safe and should work with the same efficacy.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
