Hi
Fistula in Ano is a tract extending from Skin around anal opening into the anus/rectum.
Some amount of liquid will come after farting in some patients after surgery in and around anal opening.
Please take green leafy vegetables, fruits, plenty of liquids and high fiber diet
But,you should consult your doctor, get examined clinically and exclude Recurrence.
