Question: How long can l take montek and levocetrizine for nasal allergy. I take it morning and night. I have done this for the last two months.

Montek and Levocetrizine are quite safe drugs and can be taken for long time . But if your nasal allergy is not resolved or controlled inspite of 2 months of medication then I recommend you to switch over to Nasal Spray medication like Duonase 1 puff every morning for 6 weeks .
