Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been diagnosed to have obstructive voiding symptoms due to enlarged Prostate of a size of 58 gms .and have been prescribed medications to control symptoms .
1)The drugs like Urimax D is a combination of Tomsulosin and Dutasteride help to improve the urine flow and reduce the size of the enlarged prostate .It has to be taken ife long or till the time it becomes mandatory to go for surgery to remove the enlarged Prostate .
Tab Roliten is controls the involuntary contractions of bladder and helps to control urgency for urination that is associated with enlarged prostate .It has to be taken for 3-4 months or till the urgency for urination is reduced to considerable extent .
Niftran s a urinary antiseptic and prevents infection and has to be taken till routine urine test is negative for infection .may be for 2-3 weeks .
The medications for Diabetes and high blood pressure has to be taken without any interruption.
