Brief Answer:
Physiotherapist and Dietitian are important
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You should undergo
cardiac rehabilitation from a Physiotherapist. They help in cardiac exercises. I suggest you to better talk to a Dietitian in person and help to design diet chart. The charts are designed according to the Chol, Sugar, protein and
creatinine parameters not diseases. So Dietitian is better than doctor.
However I explain you the drugs below.

Life saving drug, prevent heart attacks in future. Should not be stopped

ATORVASTATIN) (80mg) 1 tab orally daily at bedtime.

cholesterol and triglycerides. Reduces the formation of plaque and thus heart attacks. Should be used for life.
