How Long Should One Try To Conceive Before Testing For Infertility?

We had consulted you earlier thru this portal.
As per your advise, we had proceeded and waiting for some good news. But again this month also she could not tolerate for pregnance. There was delay of about 10 days for this cycle.
Now we are bit worried about our second child plan. Please suggest us further in details to have the expected result.
May be like do's and Dont's might help us to follow.

You need to relax and try for natural conception for at least 3-6 months in fertile days and then opt for any assistance.
As explained to you the chances of conception are 20-30% in each cycle despite of best efforts and ideal conditions.
Get thyroid hormone and prolactin levels in blood for your wife and your semen analysis in case you fail to conceive this time also.
She has regular cycles and conceived first pregnancy spontaneously so chances of conception are good in your case as both of you are very young too.
Keep trying in a relaxed manner and she will conceive soon.
