Brief Answer:
Management of shingles

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Valacyclovir should be continued for 7 days or until the lesions completely crust.
Tramadol is for pain and can be continued until pain subsides
Gabapentin is also for nerve pain and it also prevents post herpetic neuralgia. Gabapentin can be continued until pain subsides.
