Brief Answer:
Avoid head bath for 2 weeks and take physical rest for one week

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Though you have not written in detail about your eye surgery, I guess you got LASIK or a similar surgery done.

You must avoid splashing water into face and eyes for at least 2 weeks and this holds good for head bath also. This is because even during head bath water will enter the eyes. Therefore it is best to avoid head bath for 2 weeks from surgery.

Rest for one week is enough to heal the wound but please protect your eyes from pollution and dust and wear glasses provided by your doctors when you go out of home.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
