Brief Answer:
There is no problem with your blood groups.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I had gone through your query .

First let me congratulate you for your baby.Wish you and your wife a beautiful ,healthy baby.

To answer your queries ,yes you can have intercourse with your wife during pregnancy.
As long as her pregnancy is proceeding normally, you can have sex as often as you like until the time of labor has come.
You have nothing to worry about.Sex during pregnancy doesn't cause miscarriage and it won't affect your baby.

During pregnancy you may have to experiment to find most comfortable position to have intercourse for you and your wife.

About the second question , you have nothing to worry about.
Since you have the same group of blood B+ ,you are both rhesus + ,so you are OK.
It is a problem when the mother is rhesus negative and the father is rhesus positive;
In this case the mother need to take anti-D injection soon after the first labor, to prevent problems with other pregnancies.

Hope my answer has helped.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.I will be happy to assist you further.

Regards!
