Question: I have taken mifigest kit but bleeding not started yet after 2 days should i take medicine again

If yes and it was positive then I would like to know the pattern of intake of pills.
Tell me the chronological sequence of pill intake and in case you have taken them right then you need ultrasound evaluation to see the the site of pregnancy.

I have taken one tablet (single tablet)in night around 12 pm orally, & other four tablet one by one after every eight hours, after two days i have pregnancy test & it is again positive

Taking another kit can be very dangerous in case pregnancy is in Fallopian tubes.
So get an ultrasound at the earliest.

Last time also i have taken two times mifigest to discard pregnancy, there may be any complication if i take second time

Yes it can lead to rupture of Fallopian tube in case the pregnancy is in tube.
So ideally even the first kit should be taken after ultrasound only.
