Brief Answer:
Need follow up Thyroid blood works

Detailed Answer:
Good day,

Noted your concern.
Lithium can cause dysfunction if thyroid follicular cells in a number of days.
It can also induce development of goiter as well as thyroid autoimmunity.
Since the lithium treatment lasted only for 6 months, we can be hopeful that some of the thyroid function can be reversible.
By looking at your thyroid profile, only your TSH is elevated which is called as subclinical hypothyroidism. The TSH of 5.07 is not too high. Please do not worry.

The best thing to do would be to recheck TSH and Free T4 after 3 months. You can also check an Anti TPO and Anti TG antibody levels which are markers of autoimmunity.
Meanwhile, have sufficient iodine in diet.

If it is reversible, how long does it take for TSH levels to return to normal after lithium cessation?

Brief Answer:
First few months

Detailed Answer:
Usually in the first few months after discontinuation. However, this can take up to several months. Again, there is no clear cut data available to support my answer regardin reversibility. This is based on clinical observation in few patients
