Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion usually 2 weeks of abstinence is advised after laparoscopic surgery in endometriosis.
So I would like to know:
1)Where is the infection you talking about?

Kindly let me know the information.

HI

No I don't have an infection . Endometriosis was treated on both ovaries for fertility. How long would I have to wait to try to conceive again? how long does it take for you to heal inside? he said he remove scaring what would have causes that. I have 2 children already

Thanks

Brief Answer:
conception might occur within 6 months after surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
In my opinion endometriosis is the presence of the inner lining of uterus at other sites besides uterus. This tissue bleeds during periods and it causes adhesions and scar tissue.
In laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis they are removed.
Usually 30-60% might conceive after surgery and conception might occur within 6 months of laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis.
But even in 50% of cases it might recur.
Usually any tissue might take 2-3 weeks for healing.
You can try intercourse after 2 weeks after laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis.
If no response for infertility after surgery IVF
might be the next option.
Dont worry.Try for natural pregnancy.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
Best regards...Dr.srilatha
