How Should Ovulation Tracking Readings Be Monitored And Interpreted?
Question: I am really worried. I had a miscarriage last year. I was 12 weeks pregnant and baby died at 6 weeks. I have recently been tracking my ovulation by clear blue fertility monitor I get highs but no peak. Does this mean I am not ovulating? I have regular 27 day cycles please help me asap I am going mad with worry as I am trying to conceive again. Last cycle was 26 days I had a day 21 progesterone which was taken on day 22. It came back at 4 but my GP isnt worried about it but I am cos it has set me off thinking I dont ovulate. If I got pregnant before naturally will I get pregnant naturally again? Thank you

Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Please let me know: your age?
Are your cycles regular?
If you conceived once naturally, yes, you can definitely conceive again.
It is better to rely on follicular monitoring instead of clear blue tests as that will give you a better idea of exact dates of ovulation.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care

I am 42 regular 25 to 28 day cycles what about progesterone was it all wrongly timed
Brief Answer:
As below
Detailed Answer:
Yes the progesterone values would be wrongly timed, and they are not very reliable either.
It is best to go for ultrasound scan follicular monitoring, as that helps to precisely pinpoint ovulation.
Take care.
At 42, you may need help of assisted reproductive technologies to conceive.
Do not lose more time.
