Brief Answer:
The best way is to get vaccinated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns about contracting HPV infection.

Although ideally speaking abstinence is best method but vaccination is one thing which can prevent spread of HPV infection to the uninfected person.
The another method s to use condom whatever the sexual contact whether it is oral, vaginal or anal.

In addition if there is limited number of sexual partners the possibility of contracting HPV infection goes down substantially.

I hope this answers you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

No wonder sex is the most healthy thing among humans provided it is not forced and mutual. I completely endorse your decision to proceed with your new partner after years of celibacy.

Regarding the anal sex I do not think there is any harm with condition of maintaining cleanliness and protection. Again as stated above condom can be used whenever there is penetration.

I hope this assists you further.
