Brief Answer:
no fatty foods

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As your direct bilirubin level is more, you need to avoid fatty foods, oil, butter and raw foods.

But still you can eat mangoes (one per day, max), biscuits, apple, drink fresh juice (without milk). Avoid milk and groundnut at present, when bilirubin starts decreasing and reaches arround 3-4, then you may take them, but in limited quantities.

You can eat fish & chicken in limited quantities, but not fried, only boiled. Use minimum salt. Eat boiled green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, cereals, lemon, oranges, juices of bottel-guard and bitter-guard and carrots.

Hope i have been helpful.

Get well soon.
