How To Confirm If The Hymen Is Intact Or Not?

Question: Hello please help me with this. I attached some picture can u please have a look and tell me wether i need any hymenoplasty? I had never had any sexual intercouse, but for about 3 years i used to fold a piece of tissue paper and inserted it in my body during my mensturation. I asked a couple of doctors and each told me a different thing. My tension is to know wether i will experience bleeding during my first intercourse? This is so important to me
