My hair is not falling out in patches nor my scalp is itchy. I have recently joined Zumba classes so that I can de-stress.
I had taken a diet regime from Healthcare magic but im unable to follow due to hectic work.
Do you suggest that i should taken vitamin supplements/ can you suggest some food supplements that help de-stress and also prevent hairfall.

Hi, I would strongly suggest you try and stick to your diet. It would be the best. If you would like to try a course of multivitamins, the by all means do so. It would do no harm. The thing you have to remember is that if you need to take the multivitamin on a daily business for at least 3 months before you will see any change
