In your sister it is 19,132 according to this query. Very very high level. Please note one thing about C K (creatine kinase ). C K rises within 4-8 hours and generally returns to normla by 48 to 72 hours. An important drawback of total C K measurement is its lack of specificity for segment elevation myocardial infarction. The diseases which develops elevation of C K are . 1 Segment elevation myocardial infarction. 2 skeletal muscular disease including dystrophy,myopathies 3 hypothyroidism 4 stroke.. At the age of 38 years elevated level of C K is concerning.Your sister need to investigated for all above mentioned disease.
