How To Delay Periods?

Question: hello,
i was wondering if and how i would be able to push my period forward next month. i am going on vacation on october 16 and i think that it may come on the 17 or 18. last year i went scuba diving and had to struggle so much with my period, having to change my tampon all the time. this year i am going to st marteen and i unluckily timed it again.
i am currently not on any birth control but i have heard that you can control it. i was on birth control pills XXXXXXX about 2 and a half years ago. can you suggest something i can do?

I suggest you to take Norethisterone pill to delay or postpone your period. It should be taken twice daily 3 days prior to period due date and continued as long as you want to delay (max 2 week).

You will get a withdrawal bleeding like period within 5- 7 days after stopping them. Kindly, procure complete prescription from your local doctor.
