Brief Answer:
act of coitus on the day of ovulation
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In case you ovulated around 2-3rd Feb then implantation must have occurred by the act of coitus around 2-3rd Feb only as sperms if reach the female body around ovulation time only then there forms a baby which then implants in uterus after 5-6 days of ovulation (coital activity).
I hope I have answered your question but in case you have any other query, I will be happy to help.

I had relations on XXXXXXX 29, Feb 1 &2. Then again on Feb 7, with light bleeding on Feb 8-10.
Brief Answer:
Coitus on Feb 2
Detailed Answer:
Then you conceived by the act on Feb 2 and the light spotting on 10th was the implantation bleeding.
Implantation starts after 5-6 days of formation of baby and takes 2-3 days for the embryo to implant completely.
Once complete implantation occurs there can occur slight bleeding which is called as implantation bleeding.
