The fact remains that I am a Allopath specialist.
I am not a Ayurveda specialist. To the best of my information, there are only few ayurvedic doctors available on this site.
As a specialist of the Allopathic line, it will be unethical for me to prescribe the medicines of a system I am not qualified for. I will however try my best to suggest the medicines from my branch.
For heart attacks, medicines of the antiplatelet group have long been considered the best option. You can try ecosprin and if that causes gastritis, clopidrogel.
For hypertension, angiotensin receptor inhibitors are best group of medicine as they are low on side effects and prevent remodelling of heart (changes in heart due to prolonged blood pressure issues).
For cholesterol, I would suggest the medicine of the statin group.
For weight loss, I prefer to avoid the medicines because they have too many side effects. Medicines like orlistat have been available but its better to use them in morbidly obese. I suggest exercise and well balanced diet. Also its not necessary to reduce fats to zero. I believe you are not aware that nerves need cholesterol and the fats to function well.
The exact doses of the medicines depends on the current levels of individuals.
They are all interconnected.
If you loose your weight, cholesterol is likely to be low. Bring both down and risk of blood pressure rise is less. Bring all 3 down and risk of heart attack is low.
I dont know what you mean by you ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK but its better to start with low grade exercises and step it up gradually if the heart has been at risk. So dont go and start exercising directly. You have to build up gradually. Working with a trainer can be a good idea.
I hope I have been simple enough for you to understand the issues clearly.

Detailed Answer:
About the Disclaimer, you will need to talk to the site management. I dont think as a doctor I am the right person to tell you about legal things.
What I can tell you, and what may answer your second question is that there are many things that are restricted by the limitations of the internet. I cannot examine you. There are many details that may have been missed.
So its always better to meet a doctor live before taking medicines. I know my medicines but without examining I would suggest you meet a local doctor first.
And thanks for your response and greetings
Best of luck
