Hello,
You have history of having
hypertension and hence
severe headache. You are also having a lot of gas formation that causes you discomfort. Since you are having gastritis, you are suggested to avoid eating oily, greasy food. Stay away from full fat dairy products, red meat, trans fat, refined flour, food high in sugar and salt. Avoid taking food that may cause gas like cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, certain beans, any food that's hard to digest, sprouts, etc.
Avoid sedentary lifestyle, do regular walking and exercises. Take food rich in fiber for better bowel movement. You can take laxatives. For relief from gas you can take
pantoprazole, one stat when needed. Your
cholesterol, HDL, LDL, levels are above normal. You are advised to get clinically examined by a Cardiologist, get CBC, blood glucose (PP / F),
Urinalysis, repeat lipid function tests,
echocardiography, EKG, X-ray, etc to detect or rule out any developing coronary artery disease, CAD or any other heart ailment (MI). You will be treated accordingly. In the mean time lose weight if obese, keep your blood glucose level under control, limit intake of salty food.
Prefer taking boiled well cooked food over fried, oily spicy food. Take food cooked only in olive oil. To get rid of headache, avoid stress (emotional or physical) and anxiety. Take adequate rest (at least 8 hours quality sleep at night). Take adequate water. For relief from headache you can take
acetaminophen or Combiflam, one stat when needed. You are very young, do not neglect. Get investigations done so that you can control your diet and switch to healthy lifestyle. Get connected to a GP and Physical therapist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
