How To Determine Whether I Am Dehydarted?

Question: I have chronic pancreatitis (gall bladder) and feel that I may be dehydrating. How do I know for sure if this is indeed the case? Thank you.
to determine whether you are dehydarted or not,we to check blood pressure.if it is low,we have to find the cause of dehydration..dehydration can ocure following heavy work in hot climate/diarrhea/vomiting/poor fluid intake /fever etc...if no such causes is there,it may from pancreatitis...but dehydration is usually a result of acute pancreatitis, not chroni...to confirm,we have to do some blood tst

my blood pressure is 90/65 and I''ve been vomiting. Light headed when I stand.
Brief Answer:
Thirst and dark colored urine are two early symtom
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If you are light headed when you stand and with blood pressure at 90/65 it seems your heart is not able to pump enough to the brain. At this time I may have to assume dehydration.
Acute on chronic pancreatitis is a common entity and it needs immediate management at the ER. Vomiting and low blood pressure may signify that. So I suggest a 'no delay' approach .
