Question: How do u know the difference between internal bleeding and your period? Also is pressure 119 over 55 good?

The internal bleeding or a vaginal bleeding is usually lighter in nature and may be intermittent. The period has a definite pattern of flow. It can be associated with a brownish discharge in the beginning or at the end.
The blood pressure of 119/55 is alright if there is no dizziness. The diastolic blood pressure is slightly on a lower side but is not harmful.
