How To Do Intestinal Parasite Cleansing?
Question: Letting you know everything is better. I'm doing the exercise and wearing my zapper. Doing the meditations and taking vitamins from trivita and everything is better. My lower back is much better and not having headaches near as bad and not having the headaches as often anymore.

I usually recommend parasitic cleanse in patients who:
- have a previous history of intestinal parasitic infection (IPI)
- live or travel in places where IPI are highly prevalent
In your case, I need to know if:
- you have run any examination of stool for ova/parasites? Was it positive?
If not, then, you can run such test to determine if you have parasites or not.
- depending on the results, you can continue with parasite cleanse.

Over the past year I did a parasite cleanse and some parasites did show up in the feces and some also in the urine. That is the only time I have had them since childhood. I don't travel out of the county.I was just curious as if to what you think. I haven't had my stool checked by a doctor. Sometimes I feel itchy and I think oh my, it could be parasites but I do wear my zapper most of the time which kills parasites. I have worn it for a year now.

1. If parasites have shown up in your feces, if you were my patient, I'd ask to:
- take a deworming medication you find over the counter (albendazole or mebendazole) before having your breakfast for 3 consecutive days
- repeat the same treatment after 2 weeks
- take only one doze of deworming medication after 1 month
Totally, there are 2 or 3 cycles depending on progression and if worms are still present in feces.
After the first cycles, I recommend my patients to take de-worming medications every month for 3 consecutive months. After that, everything will depend on :
- symptoms you have
- presence of parasites during stool examination
2. I usually recommend this treatment after having a stool examination for ova/parasites as this examination will:
- confirm that you have parasites
- determine what type of parasites you have to ensure treatment success.
3. I also recommend to:
- take proper hygienic measures
- use herbs (e.g. garlic) on daily basis
