Kindly give some details

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

Can you give me your present height(in centimeters) and weight(in kilograms), so that I can check exactly whether you are normal/under/over weight?
Also, had you checked your weight before? and did you notice any weight loss?
What about your appetite/sleep?
Do you suffer from any mental or physical stress?

Waiting for you reply.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
This is significant weight loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

From what you said, you have lost approximately 15% of your pre-pregnancy weight.
If this happened in less than 6 months, and without obvious changes in diet or life style, this definitely need evaluation to find out the cause.

The usual causes for such significant weight loss include chronic infections like tuberculosis or human immuno deficiency virus infection, neoplastic conditions, chronic inflammatory conditions, severe psychological stress, depression, etc.

So we have to have a detailed evaluation including a more detailed history, a thorough physical examination and some baseline investigation to look for aforementioned conditions. I recommend you get these done at the earliest. Your local doctor should be able to guide you through evaluation.

Hope this answer will be helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
kindly give details of evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Can you tell me what all tests you have undergone during evaluation? Also attach reports of investigations, including summary of any radiological studies.

If all investigations were normal, we definitely will have to think of causes like mental stress or depression.

Thank you
