Since you are apprehensive I suggest simple tests for you and your wife. 3. Please get semen analysis done in any good laboratory in your town. This will clear majority of doubt from your side. 4. Get HSG test and other tests done for your wife if your test is normal. This will tell if fallopian tubes are open or closed. 5.
